Joe is the former head of Learning & Development for Physician Services at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center
(UPMC), where he directed learning strategy and implementation for one of the largest physician groups in the U.S.: over 9,000 employees across 500 locations.

Joe holds a Master’s degree from Ohio University and is a Professional member of the National Speakers Association. Joe travels from Pittsburgh, PA where he resides with his wife and 3 children.
